We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for  orders that we ship domestically and free shipping on orders over $50. Currently, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

• Shipping to Hawaii/Alaska will incur additional costs in shipping fees and time

We reserve the right to cancel your order with notice if there is a problem with your order. If you have questions about an order that has been canceled, please email us at sales@tactivegearsolutions.com

We are not currently accepting dealers. If it appears you are ordering large quantities of products with the intent to re-sell, we may cancel your order.

All TACTIVE Gear Solutions products are covered under warranty for 30 days from the purchase date. If a defect is found in the material or production of the product, please let us know immediately. Every product is thoroughly inspected by our quality assurance team prior to shipment but we understand mistakes happen.

If your product has become broken or found to be defective, please email sales@tactivegearsolutions.com with your issue, and we will give you instructions on how to proceed.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable and at your own expense.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
